Vegan Meat and Cheese Boards
To the left is The Dolphin Awards in Malibu, CA at the Malibu West Beach Club. This is a 16 foot cheese, charcuterie, pastry, fruit and 4 different bite sized finger foods which were- dill ponzu egg salad on bagel chips with Cholula hot sauce- goat cheese and pear lemon marmalade on fruit and nut toast with currants- bratwurst with sauerkraut and pickles salsa and spicy mustard and sweet Thai chili shrimp cocktail. This takes about 2 hours to set up.
Cheese and Crudite Board for 50 guests.
Setup takes about 2 1/2 hours to set up.
