Menu Sample #1- 

​

Ahi Crudo- chopped and tossed in yuzu dressing topped with scallions and served in mini crispy cups

​

Antipasto Bites- baby Bufala, baby tomato, salami, green olive skewers, drizzled with white balsamic syrup

​

1st-

Arugula, Endive, Radicchio- with shaved parmesan, avocado, crispy shallots with a lemon dressing

​

2nd-

Seared Sea Scallops- riced cauliflower and butter nut squash with lemon chive sauce

 

3rd-

Filet Mignon – on pea and shallot risotto with a lemon, caper butter

 

Dessert-

Olive Oil Buttermilk Cake- with pine nuts and fresh thyme, lemon glaze and whipped cream

Italian Artichoke Pasta - with flat pasta, baby tomatoes, toasted garlic, Himalayan salt and olives
